We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you’re unhappy with the products you just received, email us at Laura@BeginnersMindResources.com within 10 days to report damages, and up to 30 days to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number for products in their original packing and in sellable condition. Product returned without authorization or products arriving in an unsellable condition will not be eligible for credit, and product will not be shipped back to the customer.
Returning items to Beginner’s Mind LLC
1. Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number to be eligible for a refund or replacement from, Laura@BeginnersMindResources.com
2. You’re responsible for all shipping costs to returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Clearly mark your return with the RA Number and mail to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and if we approving or rejecting your refund/replacement request. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. If rejected, we will notify you as to the reason.
